By accessing or using DesksFlow ("the Service"), operated by DesksFlow ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including agency owners (admins), staff members, and clients accessing the portal.
DesksFlow is a cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed for education consultancies and immigration agencies. The Service includes:
To use DesksFlow, you must create an account with a valid email address and agency name. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
The person who creates an agency account becomes the admin. Admins can invite staff members who receive their own login credentials. Admins are responsible for managing team access and ensuring proper use of the Service.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.

The Free plan is available at no cost with limited features. We reserve the right to modify Free plan limits with reasonable notice.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You can cancel your paid plan at any time. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
If you downgrade to a plan with lower limits (team members, storage), you may need to remove data exceeding the new plan's limits before the downgrade takes effect.
Plans marketed as "unlimited" (such as unlimited storage, unlimited members, or unlimited AI queries on the Agency plan) are intended for normal business use by education and immigration consultancies. We reserve the right to contact you if your usage materially exceeds typical patterns of similar customers — for example, storage usage exceeding ten times the average for comparable agencies. In such cases, we will discuss your needs in good faith before taking any action and will never restrict access without prior written notice.
Per-file upload limits (currently between 5 MB and 15 MB depending on upload context) apply across all plans, including unlimited plans, to ensure platform stability.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into DesksFlow, including client queries, documents, templates, and any other content. We do not claim ownership over your data.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license terminates when you delete your data or close your account.
You may export your data at any time using our export features (CSV export for queries). Upon account closure, you will have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
As an agency using DesksFlow, you are responsible for:
DesksFlow acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are the data controller for client data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DesksFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
