Refund & Cancellation Policy

In short: Every DesksFlow account starts with a free trial, so you can evaluate the product before paying. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time and keep access until the end of your billing period. Because you only pay after trying the product, subscription fees are non-refundable.

1. Free Trial

New agencies get a free trial of DesksFlow with no payment required to start. The trial lets you explore the platform and decide whether it fits your agency's needs before you subscribe to a paid plan. No charge is made during the trial, and you are never automatically billed without choosing to subscribe.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the chosen billing period (monthly or annually, as selected at checkout). All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes, such as 18% GST, which are added at the time of payment.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us (and our payment partner) to charge the applicable fees for the selected plan and billing cycle.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period.
  • You keep full access to your paid plan until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
  • After the period ends, your account moves to a free/limited state — your data is preserved and you can re-subscribe at any time.

4. Refunds

Because every account begins with a free trial that lets you fully evaluate DesksFlow before paying, subscription fees are non-refundable. In particular:

  • Payments already made for the current billing period are not refunded, including for partial or unused periods after a cancellation.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan does not generate a refund or credit for the difference within the current billing period.

5. Exceptions

We want you to be treated fairly. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, at our discretion, in situations such as:

  • A duplicate or accidental charge for the same billing period.
  • A confirmed technical issue on our side that prevented you from using the Service for a sustained period and that our team was unable to resolve.
  • A charge made in error due to a billing-system fault.

If you believe one of these applies, email support@desksflow.com within 7 days of the charge with your account details and a brief description, and we'll look into it promptly.

6. How Approved Refunds Are Processed

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, though the exact time to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
